Accessibility

Statement issued: 18 July 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use Fixray — including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or reduced motion. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website and the Fixray application.

What we do

We build with semantic HTML, label interactive controls for assistive technology, maintain sufficient colour contrast, and design layouts that work at mobile and desktop sizes and at browser zoom. Accessibility checks are part of how we review changes before they ship.

Known limitations

We've recently strengthened this website's support for keyboard and screen-reader users: a skip-to-content link on every page, navigation dropdowns, the mobile menu and FAQ entries that announce whether they're expanded or collapsed, visible focus indicators on interactive elements, a pricing billing toggle that announces its state, and animations that respect the reduced-motion preference. We're not fully there yet, though — we haven't completed a full independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit, so we don't claim certified conformance, and the Fixray application itself (the part you use after signing in) is being brought up to the same standard on its own track. We work through the remaining gaps and update this statement as fixes land.

Tell us what's in your way

If you hit a barrier using Fixray or this website, we genuinely want to know. Email hello@fixray.app and we'll respond, and wherever possible provide the information or feature you need in an accessible form while we fix the underlying issue.
